Boiler Scale Remover-Trina Phosphate

Adding a proper amount of trisodium phosphate agent into the boiler water and easily scaling substances such as Ca 2+, Mg 2 + or SiO 2 in the boiler water will cause chemical or physical chemical action to form loose dregs suspended in the boiler water, which will be discharged out of the boiler through sewage discharge to achieve the purpose of reducing boiler scaling. When a large amount of trisodium phosphate is added in order to adjust the water quality, phosphate iron scale is easily generated in boiler water. The chemical components of phosphate iron scale are mainly sodium ferrous phosphate and ferrous phosphate. This scale usually occurs on the salt section water wall tube of segmented evaporation boiler. Once it occurs, it forms quickly and can cause tube explosion accidents very quickly. The main reason for phosphate iron scale generation is due to the high phosphate content and high iron content in boiler water. In addition, there are too many phosphate radicals in boiler water, which will not only increase the amount of medicine taken out when continuously discharging sewage, thus increasing the consumption of medicine, but also increase the salt content of boiler water, affect the quality of steam, and possibly generate Mg 3 (PO 4 ) 2, etc. We know that the amount of magnesium that enters the boiler with the feedwater is often small. In boiling alkaline boiler water, it will react with SiO 2-3 that is brought in with the feedwater to generate serpentine, which is in the form of water slag and is easy to be discharged with the blowdown of boiler water. However, when the concentration of phosphate in the boiler water is too high, Mg 3 (PO 4 ) 2 can be generated. Because Mg 3 (PO 4 ) 2 has very small solubility in high temperature water, it can adhere to the boiler to form secondary scale, which is a soft scale with poor thermal conductivity. In order not to cause the above problems, we must strictly control the phosphate content in the water so that it does not exceed the specified value.

Effect of trisodium phosphate produced by Yucai Phosphate Chemical Plant;


( 1 ) When proper amount of trisodium phosphate is added, precipitation occurs with calcium and magnesium salts in water.


( 2 ) When the dosage of trisodium phosphate is fixed, the fluidity of mud scale can be increased, because the generated magnesium phosphate is a colloidal particle with high dispersion ability, which can be used as a supplementary crystallization center in boiler water to precipitate calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, etc. on the surface of the particle, so that the particle becomes fine and dispersed without adhering to the metal surface to form scale.


( 3 ) A phosphate protective film is formed on the surface of the boiler metal to prevent corrosion of the boiler metal.


( 4 ) It can promote the old scale such as sulfate and carbonate to loosen and fall off.
