This red study has greatly enriched our spiritual and cultural life, opened up our horizons, increased our knowledge, and gained inspiration. Know who I am and for whom? Be a valuable person, be a person with a life dedication. Don't forget your original intention and keep your mission in mind!

Following the footsteps of the revolutionary ancestors, we reviewed the glorious revolutionary history of the Dabieshan Revolutionary Base and affirmed the historical contribution of the Dabieshan Revolutionary Base to the Chinese revolution. The king once fell in love with the mountains and the green Dabie Mountains. I experienced the unique charm of Dabie Mountains and felt the heroic spirit of the children of Dabie Mountains.

I graduated in 2006. After graduation, I worked in Zhengzhou Yucai Phosphate Chemical Plant. I know now. Over the past ten years, Gongyi's mountains and rivers have nurtured me. It is Gongyi's “investment, pro-business, and business-assistance” policies and environment that have made me successful. We entrepreneurs have paid more hard work and efforts than others. Fortunately, with the support of leaders at all levels, relevant departments and friends from all walks of life, I have survived. I am always grateful for all this!

Summarizing these years of entrepreneurial experience, I have three feelings and would like to share with you

1. Must pay attention to the cultivation of learning ability. So far in the society, I have been engaged in basic chemistry-related work, three years of study life, and systematic professional knowledge, which have laid the foundation for my career growth and development over the years.


2. We must pay attention to the cultivation of talents. From a single labor-production-type chemical factory, by absorbing professional personnel in various fields, it has developed into a new enterprise integrating production, scientific research, sales and promotion.

3. We must have a spirit of excellence in craftsmanship, work, love, drill, refine, and work hard, returning to the original heart with thousands of days of repair, and the daily practice has reached the extreme. Turn technology into art, turn products into fine works, and take work as a career.

Finally, I would like to thank the Gongyi City Federation of Industry and Commerce again. The training was successfully completed and the trainees were even more productive. I will definitely transform the Dabie Mountain spirit into a strong motivation to do my job well, and actively participate in the construction of the "Sanyi" beautiful new Gongyi. In the years of working and starting a business in Gongyi, I have experienced Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics and gradually developed into a “livable, suitable for business, and accessible” city with today's economic prosperity, beautiful environment, and people's wellbeing. Gong Yiren are so proud.
