Production process

Adding 4.9 parts of phosphoric acid, 2.5 parts of water and 1 part of water washing material into an enamel reaction kettle, then heating to 120 - 170 deg c with steam or heat conducting oil, reacting for 1 - 2h, and adding water to adjust the relative density to reach the standard to obtain the liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate. If powder products are produced, spray drying is required and the process requirements are relatively strict.
