(3) After sintering at a high temperature of 1180 ° C, the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is converted into aluminum phosphate, so that the product has a certain strength. Alumina foam ceramic products mainly exhibit corundum, AlPO4 tri-slant and a small amount of quartz crystal phase. The strength of the product mainly depends on the combination of high-temperature aluminum dihydrogen phosphate to form aluminum phosphate Al-O-P-O-Al, and the product strength is not high. For this reason, it is recommended to increase the firing temperature to above 1250 ° C to produce a high strength mullite crystal phase to improve product strength.
(4) Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate has no intensity at low temperature and high medium temperature strength. When it is 1 000~1 300 °C, it starts to sinter, decomposes and deducts P2O5, forms ceramic bond, does not form low-melt at high temperature, and is a medium-high temperature coating bond. The first choice.
